In Part 2 of the Challenge (Innovators Making), students from participating Make Impact Consortium schools select from one of three Sustainability Development Goals and use it as the focus for designing a product. As they learn about innovation, entrepreneurship, and basic design principles through learning modules delivered by MIT faculty and staff, and working with their team and mentors, students arrive at solutions to significant, real-world problems focused on improving their campus and their community.
